Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
A criminal complaint was registered by police as directed by magistrate court against me on cheating. I obtained stay of arrest from high court till investigation is complete and chargesheet is filed OR final report is submitted. In case chargesheet is filed against me, can I be arrested?

once the charge sheet is filed, you would have to seek the bail again.
