Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Criminal consipiracy

There was trap case against the officer.

The complainent was a employee of the contractor

the contractor was empanelled as a competent engineer with the traped officer organisation.

The officer issued show cause notice of withdrawal of his competency or recognition.

Withdrawal may result into financial losses to the contractor/competent person.

He hatches a conspiracy in collison with trap laying officer. The mobile phone recor shows that trap laying officer was in constant touch with the competent person and with the employee of the competent person. Is there a provision to register a case of criminal conspiracy againt the trio?

if the trap was to reveal the wrong doer then the trap is fine and criminal conspiracy will not apply. criminal conspiracy will not apply even otherwise as in such matters only conspiracy will apply

Re: Criminal consipiracy

You can take an action by establishing a case at the intial stage.

But as far your question is concerned I would like to know what was the conspiracy.
