My name is puran and I am doing H R M From DU.I purchased a car from dealer for a sum of 50000/- and took the car along with 2 key,s,R.C,pollution, insurance,signed liceance copy of dealer to show his actual signature,duly signed transfer papers which were not signed in my presence.When I went to R.T.O for transfer of vehicle I was shoked transfer official said that signature are not tally.Transfer of car stopped. After 5 days Dealer lodged F.I.R.(406/420/468/471/506) against me that puran took car from me for use but he went the R.T.O for transfer of car by forgering the signature on sale latter.He alleged that all signatures are forged.If dealer given the vehicle on temporary basis then he would handed over only one key but dealer says that he handed over me 2 key,s so that I should not face any problem in driving.When I was taking plea of dealer liceance copy in police station then dealer said that signature is also forged on copy of liceance and pooran would be knowing it better that from where he got the copy of liceance and dealer said copy of liceance is not required for transfer of vehicle.Before these allegations I never indulged any kind of criminal activities.Can I get bail on student base under these section of FIR

Hi Puran

Not only you may get bail; but you may also lodge a counter/separate criminal case against the person who delivered you the forged paper IF you could establish mode of payment of Rs.50,000/- by you, and also preferably if there is any direct witness of the transaction.
