Dear sir,
your question is not clear. There is no reason to waste time for such stupid girl. This is not love but is lust.Nevertheless, there is no restriction to marry the girl if she is ready. You can file suit as well as criminal complaint for defamation and false prosecution against girl to get compensation in terms of money and can also put the girl in jail.
thanks.

Re: criminal defamation and malicious prosecution
It is advisable that the boy forgets the girl. May be girl is of lesser age, if she has completed 21 years then there is no problem as she is major enough to get married to a boy of her choice and none can force her. Contact with proper details.
Re: criminal defamation and malicious prosecution
Dear Sir,
If you still like to marry that girl you can marry if she is ready and willing and above 18 years and you above 21 years.
Donot get into trouble on the name of love. Think twice and avail advice from your welwishers.
Regards,
All the best
