dear sir,

Iam working in high court, in august i with some freinds went to bar and resturant for a get together after the dinner i came out and went into the parking lot and handed over the bike to key to the parking boy to get my bike after few min. he came and said the bike is not getting strarted when i checked it was found that carborater was missing in bike when i enquired with the superintendent he did not respond properly after few min the owner of the bar came along with 20 people and started abusing and beating me and snatched my gold chain and purse and my friend suffered sever head injury some how v could manage to go to the police station and lodge the complaint after that i was unable to move as i was severly beated i fell down and my friends insited to go to private hospital for medico legal cerificate and treatment, where in the pvt hospital they insisted my friends to pay 60000 imm. which could not be done and hence we went to govt hospital and in the meanwhile the owner of the lodge managed police they have framed a minor section 324 and they deny any recovery and when v ask they tell us that it was i who didnt listned to police and went to pvt hospital and calld media they say iam bluffing do i have legal remed
