If murder was committed in India, then courts in India alone will have jurisdiction to prosecute the accused.

A person is accused of the country where he has committed the offence, and would be tried by the concerned law of that country.

SO if the murder is committed in india, then the person would be prosecuted in india only, and if in other country, then in the court of that particular country.

if committed in india then will be punished as per indian law and if committed outside then here he can be captured only and handed over to the concerned country.
