criminal law section 138

i have admited in front of judge at session court after being sentenced to double the fine(Rs 30 lakhs) and 1 year imprisonment ,that I wish to settle at cheque value amounting to Rs 15 lakhs. The complainant demands much more than double the amount.What is the fare amount for settlement .Is there any way to avoid payment and get free

fair amount would have been at the stage of the trial.

now u have been sentenced and the complainant know that u are in trouble. so it is for sure that he will now ask for his terms to be complied.

anyway u can try to decrease the amount and punishment in appeal.
