criminal law section 138
what are my chances of getting away in session court ,from section 138 after getting awarded compensation and imprisonoment. I am director but sica was in force and i did not take concurrence of BIFR before bouncing of the cheque . Now complanant wants to appeal for increasing compensation after 4 months of admission of my appeal. i am mentally disturbed

Not much unless some glaring irregularity or illegality committed by trial court.
