Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Criminal missappropriation SEc-120-B, 420, 408
I was framed by wicked collegues in a corruption- Missappropriation case and they destroyed my earnings. Now what remedy I have to take action on these people? The case is in trial stage. The complainant is dodging and recieved two warrants for not appearing in court. Should I wait till the case is over and if so what actions i can take to cover my financial loss and fitting punishment for the conspirators?

If the complainant is not apperaring then the court may issue non bailable warrant of arrest for his appearnace, and if then also he doesnt appear the case may be closed & u'll get the benifit.
Its for ur adv. to decide after scrutning his statements given is 161 Cr.P.C in the C.D. whether to bypass it or compell appearance,it depends on the nature of the case.
After u win the case u may then prosecute the persons u/s 191,192,500 I.P.C.
