My reference is to the recent himalaya verdict in kerala
where the
hired killer was given a bigger sentence than the masterminds
The case is where two banks had a fall off with one another and
the owners of the bigger one (himalaya )
hired a lorry driver to kill the other (everest ) in a makeshift
accident
The case is the Kanichikulangara Case (popular here)
and my question is why isnt bineesh and sajith the owners of
himalaya chit funds
the prime accused ?
instead of being the sixth and the seventh
