Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
A Criminal Revision Application u/s 397 read with s399 both of CrPC , (the proceedings carrieed by the JMFC for taking cognizance agsinst the accused and others in s 498-A, 506 , 323 ,34 of IPC ,the impugned order passed by the JMFC , filedin the District and Sessions Court before 3yrs,pending for judgement , If the order of the court is not in favour ; then, whether appeal can be filed in Supreme Court directly , if so under which section ? please guide

the appeal would be filed before the sessions court and not to the SC. SC is the last option.
