what is time limit for appeal a forgery case. as the Judicial magistrate given order but the opponent party appeal the order after 2 years.what is the limitataion of appeal

appellent court can condon delay. but you have chance to oppose the same. appeal can be filed within 30 days. revision within 90 days.
