What is the maximum limit of maintenance amount can a wife get from her husband under CRPC sec 125 of Rajasthan high court ?

There is no crpc of Rajasthan high court.As far as question of maintainence is concerned it depends on the income,status of the parties and other such circumstances related to case.But pls find out that there may be specific state amendments.

Cr.P.C. 125 is not framed by Rajasthan High Court.

If there is any amendment to section 125 Cr.P.C. is made by the State of Rajasthan, then check the amount specified in such amendment.

There is no maximum limit. The maintenance amount may depend upon income and living standard of the parties.
