My Dad, who is a gazetted officer can he attest xerox copies of my school bonafide and study certificates? which i have to submit in govt office for purpose of residence certificate.waiting for your reply thanks in advance..from india.

Dear Sir / Madam,
It is advisable that your daddy requests another Gazetted Officer colleague known to him in his Office, to attest your school bonafides and study certificates, in order to avoid any future complications.
You may also look out for the Gazetted Officer assigned to your residential locality and request him / her to attest your documents.
