Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hi ,

My Dad is almost 67 years old retired ex-service man and he purchase some property in the name of my elder brother . Now elder brother is moved out of house will all property papers . Is there a way we can fight legally to get back that properties . Secondly he always abuse and shout that " he will kill all of us if we try to take any legal action" .

Is there any way we can get security from him and file some leagal action to get our property back

your father can file a suit for declaration, declaring that the property is owned by him as he made the payment of consideration amount and the property be transferred to his name. in the meantime, your brother can be restrained from selling off the property.
