How should I go ahead for a Quash.?
Should it be through Allahabd high court only or it can be done from any High court.
Presently I am at patna.
should I proceed through an affidavit or what is term used by advocates in Hindi/urdu for the same.

in case your f.i.r was lodged in UP, you may have to get it quashed by moving a petition in the Allahabad High Court and in case it is lodged in Patna or Bihar, then Patna Hihg Court...
