am grateful to you for your quick and useful response to my queries. kindly guide me further. what if someone instigates to commit suicide and criminally intimidates a person. where would the complaint be lodged? the place where such threats were extended or place where such threats were received or seen.

the cause of action arose at both the places, where the threat was extended and where it was received or seen. but how do one see a threat. kindly explain?
