Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Dear Aniruddha Sir
the person criminally intimidated me by threatening that he would implicate me and my family members in a false case. He further instigating by saying that my mother called him and said that i have committed suicide. would both the threats mentioned above amount to offence. Pls. guide.
