Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Dear Experts, I recently got divorce by mutual consent.I came to know that she is already married 4 months back without clearing the divorce. Is the case of Bigamy. If yes then any time limitation for filing Bigamy case. Thank you in advance.

i agree with my colleagues. Moreover to prove Bigamy you require proove beyond reasonable doubt that she committed Bigamy which requires high standard proofs.
