Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Thanks for your reply as the same restores faith in law.
there is a complaint against Mr. Sanjay that he impersonated, committed criminal breach of trust, took money but did nothing and demanded lacs of rupees as he has to go to US to practice. is this professional misconduct or an offence.

sir, your question does not have full facts. Each offence has been defined under Indian Penal Code. Each Offence, be it may impersonation/criminal breach of trust has its ingredients. If on the face of it, your facts match the ingredients so given in the code, it will be an offence. In any event, it is professional misconduct for which the complaint lies to Bar Council.
