I have filed case on my husband 498a, 494 ipc .
To proof the begamy what evidence required.
The second wife is now pragnant.Is it sufficient to proof 494 ipc

DNA test are available to you to prove the child to be born is your husbands . This is sufficient to book your husband in bigamy etc.
