I can say that you have by your action landed yourself in one big mess.

Let me inform you that you have committed an act of Bigamy and the same is punishable under the Indian Penal Code for 7 years.

First of all, your second marriage is void ab initio and if your second husband wants a divorce then on the basis of proof of first marriage he would make an application for declaring the marriage void on the grounds that when he married you, you were already a married woman and that your husband is and was alive. In the alternate, if you want to divorce your first husband, then it would have to be by consent provided he consents.

My advise to you is that you approach a good lawyer who is practising in the Family Court who would after evaluating the facts that you place before him would be able to help you out.

Be honest about the facts and do not hide any thing from your counsellor.

In the meanwhile all the best in your endevours and efforts to come out from the jam you have put yourself in.
