Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Dear sir,
Does any impact for online FIR in India? I mean is there this FIR having the same value as if lodged before a police?

Normally as per provision of section 154 of Cr.P.C. FIR is to be written at police station having territorial jurisdiction. But one can send it by Written Mode but same must be hard copy.
