I am the lady who has tourtured by her husband and his family Hitted by them and beeten by them often , my first question is ==

can we get the new date from mediation centre acttually date comes from the mediation centre is too far i want early date is it possible throug application to get new date

and second==

Can my husband and inlaws quash the fir comes u/s 498a,307,328,506,3/4 dp act

reg your first question 1) you can request them for early hearing

2) your inlaws cannot quash the fir
