Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Dear Sir / Madam ,
I am accused in a false case. which is created by my step uncle's son.
He lodged a FIR in Which he stated that he reached Dhanbad Jn at 19.00 hrs by a local train named Asansol Dhn Bhojodih Passenger. While walking towards his home I and my two brothers and two maternal uncle. Starts snatching him and my two Maternal uncles makes fires on him.
We are on bail given by the Honable High court.
By the help of R.T.I. We find that the actual time of arriving that particular Train was 17.58 not 19.00.
After filling this RTI doc. to honable court does it favour oursef ?
