Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Dear Sir / Madam ,

I am accused in a false case. which is created by my step uncle's son.

He lodged a FIR in Which he stated that he reached Dhanbad Jn at 19.00 hrs by a local train named Asansol Dhn Bhojodih Passenger. While walking towards his home I and my two brothers and two maternal uncle. Starts snatching him and my two

Maternal uncles makes fires on him and one bullet hitted him at the backside of his Shoulder (right side) and he felt down. Injury is Griveous as given by Medical Officer.

His father (my step uncle) is also filed Title Suit and criminal cases on our family and want to grab our property.

I am a student of Mech. Engg (diploma)

We are on bail given by the Honable High court.

Seizre list is not made by the Investigation Offier.

By the help of R.T.I. We find that the actual time of arriving that particular Train was

17.58 not 19.00.

What is the importance of Seizre list in our case ?

After filling this RTI doc. to honable court does it favour ourself ?

What is the futre of this case.

Regads :

Afroz.

It may be helpful during trial - your lawyer may be able to effectively cross-examine that person.
