Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Dear Sir,
we are in a very serious problem due to property dispute with my father my step uncle's son alleging that we attacked him and make fire on him with a weapon. And due to that cause the local police charges us under 307 and other sections, the case is in trial period.
We are innocent person and live in patna while he lives at dhanbad jharkhand. Please sugges us and save us
