Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

dear sir, after purchased through sale deed with physical possesses ion the free hold property on the basis of document's only disclose name of beneficiary legal heir's affidavit's ,death certificate , I.Bond, etc and get transfer them name with mutated and converted free hold then other legal heir's file partition suit on above said property , is it possible we file criminal suit or civil suit on the other legal heir's or not for the fraudulently they are hide before the sale and come after sold the property when we start construction .
