Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Dear Sir, I was purchased through sale deed free hold property but seller cheat with us that they sold this property on based of false affidavits file in the l&do that they are only legal heirs after death of his father and his father execute registered will in his name but seller cleverness he could not show in the affidavit that other legal heir name and after sale deed executed by seller , other legal heir are come and fight with us and warn us for they take action against us and they file partition suit and get status quo on property and challenge registered will and when we purchased that property to taken physical possession they are not in the picture of my eye but suddenly they come and threat us and make us party then i file 156,3 in l court but judge dismissed then again i file for revision in court then court issued notice them and i file application in high court for construction permission then my question that is it possible early release to me from the case on the ground of bonafied purchaser and i was taken certified copy of registered will for assurance of the registered will is true or false and i get it. but high court and lower court could not taken any deceion both court date date? is the court process or lingoron by plain tiff advocate? and also is it possible i have right to damage charge from seller against the herrasment if yes then what is period for file this case for recovery of damage from seller.

All these legal procedures take time. Stick to your lawyer..Has the FIR been registered, if yes seller will come to terms.. if not then have it registered.. thats the only fastest way....
