dear sir if the seller concealed the other legal heir during the sell his property and doesn't show other legal heir name in the affidavit and submit only his own name on the behalf of registered will in the L&DO and get mutation and free hold from department and also sold the property and thereafter other legal heir file partition suit on them who sold the property and file objection in mcd for stop the sanction plan with reason property sold on basis of fradently document and without show other legal heir name in concern department . my question is purchaser of property stake owner ship with the registered sale deed in his own name , Is it possible puchaser file FIR in police station for fraud and 420 against the seller or file in the court suit of fraud &420 , what is right way.

that surely is the remedy of bonafide purchaser. He has no choice but to file a complaint and register a FIR u/s 420, 467, 468 IPC against the seller as the property was sold on the basis of false, forged and fabricated documents. Another remedy is to file civil suit for recovery of damages at the current market price which will include the sale price. However, the civil suit will involve court fee
