Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Dear sir, i got stuck into a different case plzz help me out, i m from pune india, studying in one of merchant navy college, my case is, i purchase a demand draft for paying my fee from a senior named as C. And gave him the full amount withdraw from bank, in feb 2011,n now in sep a grl is claming for tht demand draft tht c gve tht dd to the guy named as C. But actually she gve her dd to tht guy for some means, but now she loged a police complian againt C 420, but police is telling tht they would arrest me first as i submitted tht dd in clg against my name, n the named C has ran away from college, so i m totally stuck. Wth should i do kindly advice me.

If somebody is apprehending arrest in a non-bailable offence like 420 IPC, he may consider applying for anticipatory bail.
