Dear Sir, Currently i am in UK. My parents are in Ahmedabad . My wife filed false complaint for 498a. we were married in Arya Samaj wihout our parents ., before marriage i was living seperate ( rent agreement attached ) .. for marriage my wife has also signed against notory that she came with me without any money or asset or jwellery from her parents house, we never lived in my parents house , My parents applied for anticipatory bail in sesson court but it was rejected.. now we should go in high court or not ? what will be the chances for getting bail. ? i am very much worried about my mother as she is heart patient from last 2 years. i came to uk before 1.2 years and my wife was living with her parents from last 1.8 years meanse before i came to UK , she went to her parents home.. i have emails from her. kindly guide , how to proceed further.

if your parents have not lived with your wife, then there are very strong chances of their getting the anticipatory bail. in fact, it is surprise that session has rejected their anticipatory bail application. you must show all the documents, affidavits, emails at the time of anticipatory bail application.
