Dear sir, my wife was affected in schizophrenic, i asked her parents why you all cheated me. then they filed DV act and 498a at coimbatore court.
now my problem is i am in pondicherry,already i attended 3 hearing , i can send my compliant petition throw registerd post to coimbatore magistrate. its possible or not.

Your presence in DV Act case is not required on every date as the same are civil proceedings.
However, you will have to appear in 498a case, but, after the charge sheet has been filed.
Do you want to file a complaint or do u want to send your response to the complaint filed by wife parents.
