Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Dear Sir,

As per channel financing agreement with Standard Chartered bank I have issued signed 11 no of blank cheques to standard chartered bank at the time of taking a loan from Standard chartered Bank.

One day suddenly, standard chartered bank deposit one cheque out of 11 no of signed blank cheques which is keep with them.Standard chartered bank fill up the cheque & deposit more than amount in a particular day's outstanding. (As per Example today's dues Rs.10000.00 from me.but standard chartered bank deposit Rs.11000.00) Due to insufficient fund the cheque was dishonored.

Standard chartered bank file a criminal suit against me. Standard chartered bank defeated by me at mumbai lower court & Highcourt of Mumbai.Further they have deposited one cheque out of 10 signed cheque which is held with them.

Now my question is that after defeated twice ( Mumbai lower court & Highcourt of Mumbai) can standard chartered bank deposit the second cheque further. Is it possible or not. Kindly inform me immediately.and can the take any legal action against me.

One need to know what has been held in earlier cases vis-a-vis cheques given by you to Bank and decide accordingly.
