dear sir,
how to avoid maint suit filed by wife.what are the conditions applicable to avoid.i hav no child and wife is the only child of their parents.
i am a victim of false dowry case.
pls help........

to maintain wife is the obligation of husband. If she is working, then alone she may not be entitled. Or if she left the home without any rhyme or reason.
