Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Dear Sir
I have got enjunction on certain plots of my husband in a civil case with my husband. I have also applied for maintenance on charge of Rs.6000/- p.m. on dated 11th Feb'2011 under Section 18 of the Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act.
It is now almost more that one year that my husband has not put objection in this case till date. Is this the right time to apply for ex-parte order.

The court can make expert orders and I suggest to file application under domestic violence and under 125crpc and u can make complaint to police
