dear sir
i am facing dv and 498a cases.my wife after marriage was declaring herself unmarried in writing at different places. how can i make use of that to put a case against her and save myself

it can be a good defense in both, dv and 498A. You may also file divorce on grounds of mental cruelty she meted out to you by writing unmarried while she actually was.
