Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Dear Sir,
I had filed for bail for a false case put up against me & my family u/s 498A,406. I hav got bail. however i now wish to change my lawyer for the case proceedings which will begin next. please advice me on the procedure to change my laywer. thanking you in advance

Just inform the lawyer concerned, clear his outstanding fees, take no objection and appoint new lawyer.
