Dear Sir

I have filed FIR Under Section 494/498A/506 of IPC against my husband in a lower order court in UP on 29th December'2010.

On 3rd Janauary'2011 my husband went to Allahabad High court and went to medication centre and applied for quasing the FIR . Our Mediation date was fixed on 21st August'2011 and it was not successful. Though my Lawyer i informed the High court about it and again my husband tried for bail under section 482 on 6th Janaury'2012 (under same day disposal scheme) but in its judgement on 10th January'2012 the High Court Asked my husband to appear before the below court (Lower Court in UP) within 30 days and apply for bail.

My husband surrendered on 6th Feb'2012 and the judgement date for bail was fixed 14th February'2012. Meanwhile the Local Police also submitted the charge sheet to the lowel court. The Police Charge Sheet was totally against him . The Charge Sheet ( Filed by Police)Included my marriage photograph and 125 CRPC Maintenance Order which he was paying also. The police charge Sheet was totally against him.

Today my husband appeared in the court of Additional C.J.M ( where as i have heard that this matter will be heard by a first class megistrate) and denied all the facts that he has any relations with me and he has never done marriage with me and police has put false alligations against him.

I am surprised today also he got bail. It is almost more than a year my husband has not been arrested for a single day in 498A Crime.

Sir ,Please Suggest how to go about it.Can i do something as My husband is a powerful man and i think he is really managing every thing through the money power. Sir Please Show me the Way.

U may file application under domestic violence and can claim monetary relief and residential right and may move aplication in127 crpc for enhancement of mintenance
