Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Dear Sir

I have filed FIR Under section 494/498A/506 of IPC Against my Husband. and Now My Husband is 60+ and he has submitted his petition to the Mediation Centre in Alld High Court and he has deposited Rs.10000/- at the mediation centre in allahabad. Can i get this amount for my travelling expenses as i am quite far from allahabad or this amount will be given to me after the mediation is over.

I am 100% confirm that this mediation is not going to be successful and he is only trying to make it longer as he is fully control of his mistress, Just wanted to know wheather mediation will take longer or it will be done in a day or two. wheather he needs to deposit the amount every time for my travelling or i am getting this amount now it will be for the whole mediation expenses.

Can i get this amount now as i am in need of financial assistance to go to the mediation centre for my date to attend the mediation in the coming month.

Please Suggest.

At the same time ,My husband has filed one Criminal Writs Quashing Of Fir-Miscellaneous (above FIR Under section 494/498A/506) at the Allahabad High court. I have checked the case status at allahabad high court site and it is showing date every week Next Listing date

Already advised. He may be wanting the FIR to be quashed on the basis of a compromise through mediation center. You may consider his 'compromise proposal' and take your decision.
