Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Dear Sir

I have filed FIR under Section 494/498A/506 against my husband and his mistress . First he went to the mediation centre and after the mediation got cancelled and no conclusion arived at the mediation centre ,the chargesheet has been submitted to the honourable court and my husband and his mistress got bail from the honourable court 2 months back.

He is just denying having any relationship with me but i have all the evidences like marriage photographs, marriage invitation card,id and address proof ,125 CRPC Ex party order,EX parte RO in DV Act in my favour.

Now the 1st hearing date has been fixed ,just wanted to ask how much time maximum it will take for the final justice to be done under this circumstances, and wheather i need to do anything or the govt lawyer will take up this matter on their own.My husband is 62 and i wanted the justice to be done soon.

Please Suggest.

if you have all the proofs proving marriage you don't have to worry. The case will take time but you can apply for expedition of proceedings.
