Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Dear Sir,
I am a govt. employee out on bail for a case u/s 420 IPC. A file was in my custody from which few pages were removed and some record was tempered with. IO submitted his report saying there was no direct evidence against me but on the basis of circumstancial evidence I was held accused. What could be the jurisdiction.

There is no issue of "jurisdiction" involved. You should prepare your defence properly and contest the case in trial court.
