Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Dear sir,
I got married under hindu marriage act.But she is having my marriage before depression problem. till she is using those depression tablets. recently i came to know this think i ask her parents when it will be quire but there are telling we didn't know. they will be forcing to me to take her my marriage is happen 7 months back and since 3 months she is staying with her parents. please suggest me in this case what to do?

Firstly try to save your marriage.
If that is not possible, get divorce.
