the question of anticipatory bail would arise only when FIR has been registered. Immediately after the registration of FIR you may apply for it.

NBW are issued, certainly one could be arrested on arrival if the airport immigration has an information about it.

Visa cannot be cancelled on the basis of such complaints.

as you have decided to file an anticipatory bail, you will not be arrested upon your landing in india as anticipatory bail protects a person from being arrested. you can send a power of attorney in favour of your lawyer after getting it duly attested by the indian consulate there in gulf. the lawyer would file the anticipatory bail on your behalf and your freedom in india would be protected. even if warrants are issued, they can be canceled.
