dear sir
in lawguru answers ,u answered that dowry case can not be filed after divorce.on contradictory to this my wife did this.my case in brief is as under
i got married in 2002.wife filed divorce and maintenance case in 2005 .she got exparty divorce in march 2008 alongwith recovery of 80000/- which we have paid now,and also taking monthly maintenance.after taking divorce she lodged FIR in may 2008 for dowry case against me and all family members.police did not carry out any investigation and silently filed charge sheet to the court.
can you please help me with quotes how should i fight the case in highcourt to quash the FIR. I falls under allahabad highcourt

You may better pursue your legal remedies through an Advocate practicing at the High Court. It is a good case for quashing.
