Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

IS 498 A case is also transferrable from once court to another from appeal from Girls life matrimonial case get transferred.

Criminal cases are registered where offence committed. It cannot be transferred like divorce cases.

the case cannot be transferred as it is a criminal case and the SC has recently ruled against it.
