Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Dear Sir,
Long back you have answered my question, related to that i have a doubt kindly clear it.
My wife has given a false dowery compliant and against that i have taken AB with a condition of signing every week for 12 week.
1.Now the 12 Weeks sign is over is any other formalities is there to compleate?
2.And due to this insident, i have decided to go to overseas for job, there will be any problem?
3.I have not yet applied for divorece and waiting let them to apply.
kindly advise for my future.

If you want to go out of country then you have to get permission from court.
