Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Dear Sir/mam,
as we r interested to take home to my spouse. she file u.s.125 on me.
but she doest want to come back
i am already paying interim maintance to her.
so, can i file divorce against her. as we married in different state, can i file from my mariage state or i have to file from same court.
