Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Dear Sir/mam,
as we r interested to take home to my spouse. she file u.s.125 on me from other state where we and she having residential.
but she doest want to come back.
i am already paying interim maintance though i am jobless to her till final judgement come.
can, I file divorce against her. as we married in different state, can i file from my mariage state or i have to file from same court.
