Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Dear Sir/mam,
my case u.s. 125 vs my spouse is going on. till the jugdement i have to pay 2k as interim maintance to my spouse as i am jobless.
can u suggest me what to do in such case
as they not attend 2 times their evidence and taken further dates.
my question is while putting case by them self why they not atttend evidence
and should i continue to pay interim maintance though i am jobless.

You should continue making payment of maintenance amount and also make efforts for an amicable out of court settlement.
